Candlelight Condos

A 240 unit condo project in NW Houston, TX of which Candlelight Condo Investments acquired a number of units. There exist the opportunity to acquire as much as 160 units of this project and CCI signed approx. 130 units under purchase contract.
The company is currently standing aside to monitor the City of Houston's actions on this project before they determine to move forward.
UPDATE: CCI has determined to not be further involved with Candlelight due to the current economic condtion and inability to secure renovation capital. CCI will re-visit this property when the economy turns around and capital is more readily available.
